Ways to take part
- Full Walk (3 days): La Aldea → Cruz de Tejeda → Guayadeque → El Burrero
- Single Day: choose any day that suits your fitness and schedule
- The Last Stretch: join for the final kilometres into El Burrero on Day 3
All walkers are covered by event insurance once registered.

Since 2011 we’ve helped raise well over €150,000 for local causes including major reforestation projects and grass routes cancer patient’s associations. We continue to do active work in our communities, bringing people together, helping find ways out of poverty

The 2025 Route
Three days across the heart of Gran Canaria (distances approximate).
- Day 1 — La Aldea → Cruz de Tejeda • ~30.9 km
- Day 2 — Cruz de Tejeda → Guayadeque • ~17.6 km (via summits & Pico de las Nieves)
- Day 3 — Guayadeque → El Burrero • ~16.3 km (finish by the coast)
Sunday Join-ins
- The Last Stretch: join the final kilometres into El Burrero (family-friendly)
- The Big Picture: solidarity photo at the finish — together, #WeCrossMountains

FAQs
Who can take part?
Anyone with a reasonable level of fitness. Choose 1, 2, or all 3 days — or just join the Sunday finish.
What do I need to bring?
Trail shoes/boots, water, sun protection, snacks, layers, and your best smile.
How do sponsors get value?
Packages include web placement, social promotion, and inclusion in campaign content, with optional add-ons and reporting.
Where do donations go?
100% of public donations go to our charities. Operating costs are covered separately by partners/sponsors.
